va|VoxelArmy/QServ Bugs Finally Fixed

The va|VoxelArmy servers now have an automatic reactivation feature embedded in the servers crontab. They should stay up, if they go down they will automatically restart. Hope to see you guys fragging soon.

Also, i'm still working on debugging the mod so that it won't need to restart.
