Concept Description

As you may or may not know, Rudi recently left and came back. This is due to the lack of participation of many of the members and admins in the clan. Stagnation is not an option, we must all work together to grow this community. Only YOU can make this clan bigger and better. If we have people on every day like you, we will be as big as we were.

Here are some of the changes that will be upcoming to VoxelArmy

- we will expand to other games
- we will have a mandatory requirement to get on TeamSpeak when you are online
- we will feature content on a Youtube Partnered Channel to produce revenue for the clan URL (voxelarmy.com)
- we will subcategorize our admin roles as follows:

• Leaders - the people in charge of finalizing applications, holding votes to impeach members, and vetoing all other legislative admin action.
  
  Captains - the people in charge of keeping the community together, setting up legislature, recruiting new members, handling applications, arranging assessments for new members and planning clan wars and tournaments.
  
  Commanders - the people in charge of handling additions, mods, authkeys, servers, passwords, websites, domains, DDOS protection and moderation of tournaments, servers, and websites.

Also please no Aliases so we can all see who's on and where... It makes it hard for us to find other clan members if you're on Alias and it doesn't show much respect to the clan if you aren't playing with the tag.
