Surfing in Cube2 or Tessrect

Post by Shikijo »

Hi, there are lots of mappers here so gonna ask.
Do you know about surfing in cs:go? If not here is a link for that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sf8o2GdSDio
SO what i want to know is whether its possible to do the same in cube2 or tesserect?
Any ideas?

When you lose, you get better. When you win you practice more!

Recon you could edit how fast/far jump pads fly you and make a formula to place them say every 12cubes to keep a continuous flow.

Fredd has 4 letters divide that by 12, thats 3. A triangle has 4 sides maths legend right here

The only way is to make big slides and use some jumppads. Using a lot of jumppad just will make a bad flow, and limitate the movements, but maybe it could be possible... :?:

Also the repetitive jumpad sound would do my head in.

Doko is right, theres no real way of doing it. However, Brian German in one of his little races made a slide race. This is quite fun and also results in a faster overall speed than surfing in CSGO.
